Refund & Return Policy

At TIWARO, we ensure quality control before dispatching orders. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, we have the following return and refund policy:

1. No Returns Policy

We do not accept returns unless video proof is provided showing that the package was unopened and the item was received damaged or incorrect.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be processed if:

The customer provides a clear unboxing video as evidence.

The item is damaged or incorrect (not applicable for change-of-mind returns).

3. Refund Process

Once the video is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
